With 30+ years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant and Tax Consultant, he combines strong technical expertise with practical, commercial insight. Having built and sold his own practice, Kieran now focuses on governance, succession and ownership planning, and supporting families through sensitive transitions. He is known for bringing clarity and objectivity where business and family dynamics overlap, and is the author of Family Business – A Survival Guide.
